By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Organizations and Teams

5.1 Organization Accounts

If you create or join an organization, the organization administrator may have the ability to:

• Manage member access and permissions
• View usage and billing information
• Configure organization-wide settings

5.2 Member Responsibilities

Organization members must comply with these Terms and any additional policies set by the organization administrator. The organization is responsible for ensuring its members' compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by the company operating the Service and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or share through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

12. Termination

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal requirements.
